RSVP - Help a Senior Day Today

Our happy senior after we harvested 6 bags of oranges, groomed the front yard, and cleaned the oven. It was a great day of community service! I had fun and a good work out crawling up the orange tree.

With pride I am wearing this shirt today given by the realtor service volunteer program of the @ Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS®. Together with my colleagues I will help seniors with garden and house chores today in Silicon Valley. "My senior" actually lives in my old bachelorette neighborhood of Saratoga Avenue - nice surprise! I haven't been there since I moved to Gilroy into my husband's home. I remember the best Philly Cheese Steaks there at Armato's.

Speaking from food, I am as of now 10 hrs without food and no Cinco margarita either. The big Kahuna called yesterday and asked me to get my overdue fasting lab done today. The Easter glucose spike has not quite subsided yet, but I run out of excuses. So it be. A little exercise before the lab hopefully will do it.
